They come out twice per year for preventive HVAC maintenance and cleaning to protect the systems, then if we have any issues, we get a discount for any other work needed so long as we maintain that service agreement. I worked with Jim (and Heritage) as a commercial property manager as well 12 years ago; he was the best HVAC vendor ever. He has maintained integrity and excellent customer service through every form of interaction over the years.
